The SOU “28 Noemvri” is a public secondary school located in Debar, North Macedonia. It is part of the country’s public education system and provides secondary education to local students.

The school focuses on providing comprehensive education that supports both the academic and personal development of its students. It is also actively involved in international educational projects, particularly Erasmus+ programmes, encouraging cooperation and the exchange of experiences with schools from other European countries.

Its main goal is to foster an inclusive learning environment and promote values such as respect, cooperation and responsibility, preparing students to become active and engaged citizens.

In the Climate Wise Schools and Students project, SOU “28 Noemvri” contributes particularly to the communication and dissemination activities, promoting the project through digital channels and supporting the development of educational activities related to Green Transformation and Climate Action.
