KITE FESTIVAL
The Kite Festival was a creative environmental activity that brought together students from different age groups to express their ideas and concerns about climate change and the protection of our planet through art.
During the activity, students designed and painted kites featuring drawings, messages and images related to climate action, sustainability and environmental protection. Through this creative process, they reflected on the importance of caring for nature and taking action to build a more sustainable future.
The kites were then displayed and flown as a symbol of hope, cooperation and shared responsibility for the environment. Kites created by the partner schools were also included in the activity, helping to strengthen the European dimension of the project and the connection between the participating schools.
The evidence includes photographs and videos of the students creating and flying the kites, as well as images of the finished designs and the kites displaying the Climate Wise Schools and Students project logo.
The Kite Festival combined environmental awareness, creativity, artistic expression and European cooperation, giving students the opportunity to communicate their climate messages in a visual and meaningful way.
