The final mobility brought the partners together for the closing phase of the project. Teachers reviewed the work carried out, made the final contributions to the project results and reflected on the achievements of the partnership. Particular attention was given to sustainability and the continuation of the project's outcomes beyond the project lifetime, ensuring that the knowledge, resources and practices developed could continue to be used after the project ended.
